and here's what I've done at work so far today:

--turned on desk fan
--plugged in desk lamp
--ate two hard-boiled eggs and yes, one yam
--drank large coffee
--relocated tape dispenser from left side to right side of desk
--viewed micheal mcdonald "sweet freedom" music video 5 times
--updated myspace mood from "anxious" to silly"
--read parny blog
--read benswick blog
--emailed karin
--blogged
